Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Remedial Works — Abbey Mews, Dunstable
Project Overview
British Builders attended a property at Abbey Mews in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, to complete remedial maintenance works across the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom areas.
The property required a coordinated visit to address kitchen wall defects, black spot mould around bedroom window reveals and a blocked toilet issue. In the kitchen, loose and peeling paint was scraped back, minor defects were filled, surfaces were sanded, stain blocked where required and repainted for a cleaner finish.
Bedroom window areas were cleaned and treated with anti-fungal solution, with surrounding surfaces made good where accessible. The blocked toilet was investigated, cleared and tested to confirm normal flushing and drainage. Waste was removed and the affected areas were left cleaner, safer and more usable.
